Yin*was a patient of congenital scoliosis. Before the operation, her body and both upper limb were asymmetric. The three-dimensional CT indicated that several vertebral bodies of T1、T2 and L1-L4 had severe hypoplasia and half- vertebral plate deformity. On June.20^th 2005,the patient underwent the posterior fusion orthopaedics with the TRSH fixation under the general anesthesia. The both upper limb and scapula were symmetric. The walking posture was obviously advanced.
