He xx ,female ,50 years old ,C2 tumor,discovered tumor in C2 in May,June 2006 ,had a operation of tdebridement and internafixation with Aporfix and fusion .One month after operation ,the patient fellt anscsthesia in extremities and hypodynamia again and got worse ,in recent month ,he had difficulty in stool,his PE when admitted :below C2 flat ,the feeling declined,muscle force of the left low extremite 0degree muscle force of the right low extremities is three degree ,muscle force of upper extremities is 3 degree,Hoffman sign(+) knee-jerk hyperreflexia, ankle hyperreflexia Babinskisign(+),On Augest 24^th 2006,the patient had a operation of picking out the external fixation and C1 posterior arch incision ,vertebral tube decompression ,,expansion and fusion ,after operation patient’s symptoms start to relieve,at present ,the patient is in the further recovery.
