Zhang xx ,female,32 years old,thoracic TB with imcompletable paralysis,focus invaded T2-7,On June 10th 2004,under general anesthesia,the patient had a operation of posterior TB focus debridement,bone grafting ,fixation with Chinese Great Wall orthopedic system .Postoperation MRI showed the TB focus cleared thoroughly ,spinal cord is of full decompression ,three months after admission,paralysis start to recover and reached to normal.
