Xu xx,female,44 years old ,TB of T6.7 with kyphosis ,imcompletable paralysis before operation ,both low extremmites muscle force is 3 degree ,kyphosis angle is 61^。 ，the patient had a operation of posterior debridement and bone grafting ,fixation with screw-rod system from the side of the vertebral arch root. After operation ,kyphosis angle was reshaped to 22^。 ，3 months after operation ,both low extremities muscle force reached to 4-5 degree.
