Yan xx ,male ,21 years old ,thoracic cure type TB with kyphosis ,before operation the kyphosis angle is 94^。 ,the patient had a operation of one-stage posterior disesed Vertabral osteotomy,fixation with M8 orthopedic system .After operation rate of kyphosis angle is 32^。 ,the correction rate of kyphosis is 66^。 the abnormall appearance is compleltely corrected ,the height increase 7cm.
