Su xx ,male ,52years old ,old fracture of the axis with atlantoaxial subluxation and uncompletable paralysis.April 27th 2005,the patient,under general anesthesla,had a operation of posterior resection of posteriorarch of atlas decompression ,dural incision,restruction expansion of the foramina magnum.fixation of with AST system ,postoperative MRI showed full decompression of the spinalard good epidural expansion,and paralysis stare to recover 4months after operation the patients began to fully restore. |
