       Xu**, 12-year-old female patient of AIS, had the different height of shoulders with 1.5 cm difference. The distance from the body to the both upper limb wasn’t equal. The left posterior thoracic cage was collapse. The Cobb measuring was 120˚. On Aug. 3th 2005, the patient underwent the posterior orthopaedics with the TRSH fixation under the general anesthesia. The Cobb measuring was 20˚after the operation. The scoliosis rectification rate was 83%. The appearance deformity was to rectify completely. The body and the both shoulders were symmetric and the thoracic cage was basically normal.
