    Li** was a 14-year-old male patient of AIS. Before the operation, the Cobb measuring of Main Thoracic Curve was 112˚.The patient underwent the posterior extensive solution and three-dimensional orthopaedics with pedicle screw fixation. The Cobb measuring after operation  of Main Thoracic Curve was 58˚and the scoliosis rectification rate was 48%. The appearance deformity was to rectify obviously. The body and the both shoulders were symmetric. The body height of postperation was 6 cm higher than peroperation.
