Huang** was a 5-year-old male patient of congenital scoliosis. He had obvious scoliosis because of L3 half-vertebral body deformity before the operation. the patient was underwent the posterior half-vertebral body excision and interbody fusion with pedicle srcew fixation. The sequence of spine was normal and the deformity was to rectify completely after the operation.
