       Cai xx ,male ,20 years old, sacral tuma,admitted,because of sacrococcygeal pain for 20 days ,preoperative imaging information show a huge bone destruction in left sacrum,and invaded the canales sacralis .On Augest 29th 2005,the patient had a operation ,under general anesthesia ,and fast pathologic biopsy shows Ewing’s sarcoma,S1-2 tumor debridement ,Autogenous bone grafting,fixation with screw-rod system ,The sacrococcygeal pain relieved after operation .At present (two month after operation ) patient ‘s condition is at futher recovery .In recent 5 years ,our section has fulfilled such complex operation for more than 20,and all had access to good effect..
