Luo xx,male,16years old,thoracic TB with paralysis,before operation,both low entremieies muscle force  is 0-1 degree ,below the double nipple flat,the feeling disappeared,spasmodic paralysis,stool and pee was invaded T2-7 body,T3-6 almost disappeared ,spinal cord was compressed severely ,and obviously atrophy kyphosis angle is 90^。，On April 11st,2004,the patient ,under general anesthesia,had a operation of TB focus debridement at rib-transverse process incision ,spinal cord Decompression fixation with steal plate system,associciated with the operation of posterior screw-rod.orthpedic fixation ,After operation,kyphosis angle was reduced to 60^。 ，correction-rate of kyphosis is 33%,MRI showed that the spinal cord decompressed thoroughly.
