Xu** was a 18-year-old male patient of AIS. In the peroperation assessment, the Cobb measuring of scoliosis was 92˚and the Cobb measuring of kyphosis was 72˚. The body and the upper limb were asymmetry. The patient underwent the anterior thoracic solution surgery In July 7^th and skull traction with condyles of femur traction On July 22^th.  In Aug 7^th , the posterior orthopaedics with the TRSH fixation was undergone. After operation, the Cobb measuring of scoliosis was 30˚and the Cobb measuring of kyphosis was 40˚. The patient could walk with bracing after 10 days from the day of operation without abnormal manifestation.
