Cui**was a 54-year-old female patient. She had severe lumber back pain and both lower limb numbness with pain. The patient could only walk about 10 meters. The diagnosis is that adult scoliosis with spinal stenosis. on Mar.25^th 2003,the patient underwent the posterior decompression and fusion with pedicle screw fixation. The symptom was completely release after the operation .The patient can work normally now.
