Tang xx ,female ,54 years old ,L4, spondy lolisthesis ,On April 24 th  2006,the patient ,under general anesthesia,had a operation of posterior L4 laminectomy decompression ,open reduction ,fixation with screw-rod system .After operation L4 had anatomic reduction ,clinical symptoms aisappared.
