The patient is 4-year- old girl. She had obvious scoliosis because of L4 complete segmentation and half-vertebral body deformity. The patient underwent half-vertebral body excision and fusion orthopaedics with pedicle screw fixation. The CT examination was that the half-vertebral body was complete remove. The deformity of scoliosis was to rectify completely. The effect of the operation to rectify the deformity was satisfied.
